Our Clients
Our charter is to work with small to medium sized manufacturing firms which, by federal definition, are companies with fewer than 500 employees. 99% of Oregon's 6,000 manufacturers meet this definition although the majority of companies we work with typically have between 20 and 300 employees. Our goal is to create the maximum quantifiable economic impact (learn more ») with every company we to work with. Our experience has helped create an ideal client profile that we use to help identify those companies we choose to work with.
Ideal Client Profile
- Is based in Oregon and has 20 to 500 employees
- Has a compelling motivation to seek our services
- Is committed to change at the leadership level
- Has opportunity for revenue growth
- Has opportunity for cost reductions through Lean
- Has opportunity to increase jobs and/or skill levels
- Is profitable enough to commit resources and stable enough to sustain results
- Does not have the full time resources to devote to formal Lean implementation
