DOL Grant Outcomes Greatly Exceed Expectations

As OMEP's $3 Million award winning Department of Labor Advanced Manufacturing Training in Lean Manufacturing and the $3.2 Million Lean Manufacturing Training for Food Processors grants draw to a close in the first quarter of 2008, actual performance greatly exceeded expected grant outcomes in every category. Together the grants have touched more than 150 companies and provided training to almost 7,000 employees.
