Affirmative Action Compliance in Uncertain Times

May 23 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

What will happen to affirmative action under the Trump administration? With all of the political turmoil in the news, employers with federal contracts and subcontracts are wondering what to expect from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).
If you, your customers, or your suppliers have contracts with the federal government, then you may have affirmative action obligations. Join us for a complimentary webinar on May 23, where we’ll review developments so far, discuss past experience under other Republican administrations, and outline expectations going forward. We’ll then recommend where to focus your compliance efforts while we await official policy announcements in the affirmative action arena.
