Food Safety Cohort

OMEP invites you to participate in the 6 part Food Safety Cohort which is designed to help small manufacturers implement a food safety program for the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). This series will also provide you with easily customizable templates for documentation and training so that you can start using them at your company right away. Thanks to funding from NIST MEP, this is available at no cost.

Next 6-part cohort takes place:
Session 1: January 8
Session 2: January 22
Session 3: February 5
Session 4: February 19
Session 5: March 4
Session 6: March 18

This cohort series will teach you how to implement a food safety program to comply with the Preventative Controls for Human Food rule. Each workshop will teach you how to implement key aspects of a food safety program at your company such as
