Introduction to Food Safety Modernization Act
This is a recommended introductory session for those businesses that are just beginning to engage in learning about the requirements for FSMA, and for those small businesses that are considering taking the 2.5 day standardized FSMA Preventive Controls for Human Food training. This seminar will be taught by FIC instructors Ms. Doretta Claycomb and Dr. Jovana Kovacevic, who are also certified Lead Instructors for FSMA Preventive Controls curriculum.
