NORTHWEST ITAR & EAR COMPLIANCE CONFERENCE – PNDC

U.S. Commercial Service, Export Council of Oregon, and Pacific Northwest Defense Coalition are hosting this annual program that covers updates and advice to assist Northwest companies in complying with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and other related export controls.
Topics will include:
  • Maintaining an export compliance program
  • Best practices when interacting with regulatory agencies
  • Real world advice from experienced export compliance lawyers
  • An examination on recent changes in customs enforcement, new tariffs & how world tensions are impacting these regulations
  • Peer to peer advice
  • Regulatory updates and forecasts

  • A curated list of recordings, covering foundational information on ITAR, EAR and OFAC regulations (open September 18, 2020)
  • A half day online interactive program with updates and advanced content (October 7, 2020)
