Manufacturing industry business leaders are rapidly entering a new reality in which some, but unlikely all of your employees have been fully vaccinated. With new scientific data and recommendations released daily, it’s possible herd immunity may be a long shot, and COVID variants may be here to stay.
The question now is how will you, as a business leader, adapt your business to this new “somewhat” post-COVID world. Will you require vaccination? What if employees can’t or don’t want to get vaccinated? How will vaccinated and unvaccinated workers coexist? Are there legal ramifications of these decisions? What will you need to change in your COVID policies and procedures to keep everyone safe and working?
