Reporting to the Vice President of Client Engagement and serves as a key member of OMEP’s Business Development team. In this capacity, this individual will play a key role in helping to implement OMEP’s business development strategies, sell consulting engagements, and expand market penetration to help ensure that OMEP’s new business flow is sufficient to deploy the consulting staff at full capacity. In addition, this person works in partnership with OMEP’s Sr. Marketing and Events Manager to help drive OMEP’s brand promise and elevate OMEP’s presence within the Oregon manufacturing community. This position requires a results-oriented self-starter with a collaborative style, excellent written and oral communication skills, and outstanding organizational and relationship-building skills. This individual must be politically savvy, emotionally intelligent, a strategic thinker, have strong business acumen, and a demonstrated passion for OMEP’s mission.
