Small Business Vouchers Pilot from the Dept. of Energy

As part of OMEP’s Innovation Partnerships initiative, we want to let you know about great opportunities to partner with world class resources.  The Department of Energy (DoE) has opened round 2 of its Small Business Vouchers (SBV) Pilot.

The $50,000-$300,000 vouchers can be used for prototyping, materials characterization, modeling and simulations, intermediate scaling to generate samples, or validation at  one of ten DoE labs, taking advantage of the unique facilities and expertise present.

The DoE represents about 10% of the research performed at federal facilities, so even if your project does not fit this program, we have access to many others to answer your needs.

David McFeeters-Krone, Affiliate OMEP consultant and national lab expert, is available to answer any questions you may have about the program, but hurry … Round 2 closes on April 10th.
